Ingredientes

  • 56 gm caster sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 56 gm plain flour
  • 1 lrg tin of fruit
  • 1 pkt quick gelatine

Direcciones

  1. Method1. Whisk together Large eggs and sugar till light and creamy.
  2. Carefully mix in the flour.
  3. Pour mix into greased 8"/203mm flan ring and bake in preheated oven.
  4. When flan is cooked turn out allow to cold and arrange fruit in the centre.
  5. Make up the quick gelatine as directed on the packet and carefully spoon over the fruit.
  6. Allow to cold and serve.
  7. servings: 6small oven: 200 degrees C approx 10-15 min PREHEATED bottom shelf.
  8. fan oven: 190 degrees C approx 10-15 min.
