Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 4 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. Water or possibly juice from fruit/berries
  • 4 c. Fruit/berries
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margaine, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Filling: Combine in saucepan sugar and cornstarch. Add in water and blend well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till it thickens. Add in lemon juice and fruit/berries. Turn into baking dish and add in topping, below.
  3. Topping: Sift first 4 ingredients into mixing bowl. Add in lowfat milk and butter and beat till smooth. Spoon or possibly pour over filling in baking dish. Sprinkle with mix of sugar and nutmeg. Bake 40 to 45 min.
