- Heat sugar and 1 1/4 c. water in a saucepan over medium heat 5 min or possibly till sugar dissolves and reaches a syrup consistency.
- Process crushed pineapple, frzn strawberries, lemonade concentrate, and orange juice concentrate, in batches, in a blender till smooth. Stir in sugar syrup, and freeze at least 8 hrs.
- Remove from freezer, and let stand 30 min or possibly till mix can be broken into pcs. Stir in sparkling water, and serve immediately.
- This recipe yields about 1 gallon.
- Yield: 1 gallon
