Ingredientes

  • 280 gm prepared fruit e.g. apples plums pears
  • 25 gm brown sugar
  • 1 tsp mixed spice optional
  • 168 gm shortcrust pastry lowfat milk to glaze

Direcciones

  1. Method1. Place prepared fruit in bottom of ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with sugar and spices.
  2. Roll out pastry to fit pie dish and place on top of fruit. Trim edges and glaze with lowfat milk.
  3. Cook in oven till top crust is golden.
