Ingredientes

  • 1 c. almond lowfat milk (vanilla flavor is the best)
  • 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
  • 1 x serving vegetable protein pwdr (follow package measurements)
  • 1/2 c. frzn berries - (to 3/4) (whatever berries you like)
  • 10 dsh Stevia sweetener

Direcciones

  1. Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder. Then add in all ingredients to blender and blend till smooth.
  2. This recipe yields 1 serving.
