Receta Fruit Rice
Delicious sweet and sour rice with mixed fruits.
Ingredients:
- Almonds – 1 1/2 tblsp
- Cashew Nuts – 1 1/2 tblsp
- Raisins – 1 tblsp
- Mixed Fruits – 1 cup (apple, pineapple, mango, grapes)
- Rice – 1 cup, cooked
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the cashew nuts, almonds and raisins.
3. Fry for a minute.
4. Remove and add to the rice.
5. Add salt, mixed fruits and pepper powder.
6. Mix well until evenly combined.
7. Serve at once.
Tip: Do not use bananas.
