- Drain fruit cocktail, reserve 1/4 cup syrup. Put together reserved syrup and marshmallows in saucepan. Cook over low heat till marshmallows heat. Stir constantly, remove from heat. Cool 5-10 min, stirring occasionally.Put together fruit cocktail, nuts, coconut and salad dressing. Add in to marshmallow mix. Mix well. Slowly stir in ginger ale. Refrigerate till mix begins to pile from spoon.
- Refrigerate evaporated lowfat milk in pan in freezer till soft crystals begin to create. Whip till stiff 1-2 min. Add in lemon juice, continue to whip till very stiff 1-2 min longer. Fold into marshmallow and fruit mix.
- Spoon into 5 ounce paper cups. Insert wooden stick in each. Freeze till hard. 6 hrs or possibly overnight. Peel off paper and serve.
