Ingredientes

  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 x frzn banana see * Note
  • 1 c. frzn strawberries or possibly raspberries
  • 6 pkt Equal sweetener (or possibly 1 3/4 tspn Equal for Recipes or possibly 1/4 c. Equal Spoonful)

Direcciones

  1. Note: Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in ziplock bag, seal and freeze at least 5 to 6 hrs or possibly overnight.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor. Blend all ingredients till smooth.
  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
