Ingredientes

  • 3 lb fruit any type
  • 3 lb granulated sugar
  • 1 pkt fast-acting yeast
  • 1 gal hot water

Direcciones

  1. In a large glass or possibly plastic container, place diced, sliced or possibly mashed fruit. Add in sugar, yeast and hot water. Stir; cover with a cloth. Let stand for 40 days. Strain, then filter. Use 1 lb. less granulated sugar for a drier wine.
