Ingredientes

  • Fruit Shake----
  • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Instant fat-free lowfat milk -- Dry
  • 2 x Bananas, pears, or possibly peaches Mashed
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple juice Yogurt Shake----
  • 1 c. Fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c. Fresh or possibly frzn fruit
  • 1 Tbsp. Fruit juice

Direcciones

  1. Mix together ingredients for either shake in blender and serve.
