Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pt Fresh raspberries -or possibly-
  • 1 c. Diced peaches or possibly nectarines or possibly sliced strawberries
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Half-and-half
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange liqueur or possibly orange juice
  • 1 pkt (4-serving) French vanilla instant pudding and pie mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Light brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Line four 6-oz ovenproof dishes or possibly custard c. with raspberries or possibly other fruit.
  2. Pour lowfat milk, cream and liqueur into bowl. Add in pudding mix and beat with wire whisk till well blended, 1 to 2 min. Let stand 2 min then pour over fruit. Refrigerate1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle top of puddings with brown sugar. Place under preheated broiler till sugar melts and bubbles. Watch carefully during this step. Then sugar should not burn.
  4. Cold to room temperature or possibly refrigeratetill ready to serve. If chilled, remove from refrigerator 15 min before serving.
  5. Yield: 4 servings.
