Ingredientes

  • Wacky Cake
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 TBSP cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 TBSP vegetable oil
  • 1 TBSP vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Topping:
  • 1 TBSP flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 squares melted chocolate
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 TBSP butter
  • 20 marshmallows, cut in half

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt and make 3 holes in the dry ingredients.
  3. In first hole, pour oil.
  4. In second hole, pour vinegar.
  5. In third hole, pour vanilla.
  6. Pour cold water over all.
  7. Mix well with a fork or whisk. Do not beat.
  8. Bake in greased 8 x 8 inch pan for about 35 minutes.
  9. Topping:
  10. Mix together flour, sugar, chocolate, milk and salt.
  11. Cook over low heat.
  12. Remove from heat and add butter.
  13. Beat until creamy.
  14. When cake comes out of the oven, cover with the marshmallow halves.
  15. Pour fudge over.
