Receta Fudge Milk Chocolate Fondue

- BRING the lowfat milk to a boil in a heavy bottomed pan. Lower the heat and keep stirring over low heat until reduced to 200 ml. Add in sugar and stir well.
- Simmer for 10 min. Remove from heat. Keep aside to cold. In a saucepan combine the chocolate syrup and thickened lowfat milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 12 min. Stir in the vanilla essence. Serve bubbling in the fondue server with freshly sliced dippers.
