Ingredientes

  • 2 packages. (12 ounce) chocolate chips
  • 7 1/2 ounce marshmallow creme
  • 2 sticks (1/2 c.) butter
  • 13 ounce evaporated lowfat milk
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl mix chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and butter.In large saucepan mix evaporated lowfat milk and sugar. Bring to rolling boil stirring constantly. After mix has come to boil, lower heat and cook for 8 min.
  2. After 8 min, pour lowfat milk and sugar into chocolate chip mix. Mix till well blended and fudge begins to hold shape. Pour into container and refrigerate till hard. Cut into hunks and enjoy. Makes 5 lb.
  3. Recipe says 4 1/2 cups of sugar, but sugar can be cut as low as 1 1/2 cups and recipe still works.
