Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (18.25 or possibly 18.5-ounce) chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 can (14-ounce) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated lowfat milk)
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix as package directs. Pour batter into well greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan. In small mixer bowl, beat cheese, margarine and cornstarch till fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed lowfat milk then egg and vanilla till smooth. Pour proportionately over cake batter. Bake 50-55 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cold 10 min. Remove from pan. Cold thoroughly. Glaze or possibly garnish as desired.
