Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 lb Cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Sifted flour
  • 1 tsp Each salt, baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Soda
  • 1/2 c. Butter, softened
  • 4 env Nestles Choco-bake
  • 1 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Cream 4 Tbsp. butter with cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Add in Large eggs, 4 Tbsp. lowfat milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat at high speed in mixer till smooth and creamy. Grease and flour bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Com- bine flour with 2 c. sugar, salt, baking pwdr and soda in large mixing bowl. Add in 1/2 c. butter and 1 c. lowfat milk. Blend well at lowest speed of mixer. Beat 2 min at low speed. Add in 1/3 c. lowfat milk, 2 Large eggs, Choco-Bake and 1 tea- spoon vanilla; continue beating 1-1/2 min at low speed.
  4. Spread half of batter in pan. Spoon cheese mix over batter, spreading carefully to cover. Top with remaining batter, spread to cover. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min till cake springs back when touched lightly in center.
  5. Cold and frost.
