Ingredientes

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • FROSTING FOR FUDGE SHEET CAKE
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 6 T buttermilk
  • 1 pound box (sifted) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Sift into large bowl the sugar and flour. In a saucepan, bring to a boil the butter, water and cocoa. Pour over flour and sugar mix and stir well. Add in the remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into a well greased and lightly floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 37 min or possibly till done.
  2. Heat together and bring to a boil the first 3 ingredients. Remove from heat and add in the last 3 ingredients. Spread on cake, while cake is still warm.
