Ingredientes

  • Butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Unsweetened cocoa
  • 6 Tbsp. Warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. Stick margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 c. 1% low-fat lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 4 lrg Egg white
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. Fat-free caramel flavored sundae syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced pecans, toasted

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Coat a 1 1/2 qt souffle dish with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. sugar; set aside. Combine cocoa and warm water in a bowl. Stir well; set aside. Heat margarine in a small, heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add in flour, cook one minute, stirring constantly with a whisk. Add in lowfat milk, 1/4 c. sugar, and salt; cook three min or possibly till thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add in cocoa mix; stir well.
  2. Spoon into a large bowl; let cold slightly. Beat egg whites (at room temperature) at high speed of a mixer till foamy. Add in 3 Tbsp. sugar, one Tbsp. at a time, beating till stiff peaks form. Gently fold 1 c. egg white mix into cocoa mix; gently mix in remaining egg white mix. Spoon into prepared souffle dish. Bake at 375F for 35 min or possibly till puffy and set. Remove from oven, serve hot, at room temperature or possibly chilled with Hot Turtle Sauce.
  3. Hot Turtle Sauce: Place caramel syrup in a small bowl; microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or possibly till hot. Stir in pecans.
