Ingredientes

  • 1 med Peach, peeled
  • 8 ounce Low-Fat Peach Yogurt
  • 4 ounce Orange Juice
  • 4 ounce Ginger Ale

Direcciones

  1. Combine the peaches, yogurt, and juice into a blender and blend till smooth. Divide the ginger ale among serving glasses and add in a portion of yogurt to each. Watch it foam, and enjoy.
  2. Note: This is high in calcium, vitamin A and potassium. It is especially good a few hrs after a good run on a balmy summer day.
