Ingredientes

  • 1 box (18.25-ounce) yellow cake mix, without pudding added
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 2 box (3.5-ounce) vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Peach schnapps
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp Orange extract
  • 4 Tbsp. Peach schnapps
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange juice
  • 1 c. Powdered sugar

  1. This recipe is so good you might want to eat it all yourself!
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 1/2" Bundt pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, pudding, Large eggs, schnapps, orange juice and orange extract. Beat for 2 min with electric mixer. Pour batter into Bundt pan and bake 50 min or possibly till cake springs back when lightly touched. Remove from oven and prepare topping while cake is warm. Mix topping ingredients well. Using a small skewer, poke holes into the cake and pour topping over the warm cake. Allow to cold at least 2-1/2 hrs.
  3. Invert cake onto serving plate and serve.
