Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 c. lemon-lime soda
  • 2 Tbsp. peach schnapps
  • 2 lrg ripe peaches peel - slice
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 x 9" pie shell bake sweetened whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan, stirring well. Gradually stir in soda. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened and clear. Remove from heat and stir in schnapps. Cold slightly. Toss peaches and lemon juice. Spoon into pie shell. Pour soda mix carefully over peaches. Refrigeratefor several hrs. Spoon or possibly pipe whipped cream around outer edge of pie just before serving.
