Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 3/4 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Dates
  • 1/4 c. Walnuts, minced
  • 1/4 c. Semi-sweet chocolate pcs
  • 1 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Direcciones

  1. Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and food coloring (if you like). Work in flour and salt till dough holds together. Mold dough around date, nut pcs or possibly chocolate pcs. Place cookies about 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 12 to 15 min. Don't brown.
  2. Cold and use Galaxy Icing to complete.
  3. Galaxy Cookie Icing: Mix till smooth and use to top Galaxy Cookies. Food coloring may be used if you like.
