Ingredientes

  • 24 med Shrimp in the shells
  • 2/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 60 ml Garlic, chop fine Lemon slices

Direcciones

  1. Remove heads from shrimp if you like. Heat oil to smoking point. Saute/fry shrimp with the garlic over fairly high heat till they turn pink, about 2 min. Serve immediately with bread for dunking or possibly on a bed of boiled rice. Garnish with lemon wedges.
