Receta Garam Masala-Rubbed Flank Steak and Mistress of Spices
Ingredientes
- Garam Masala
- 2 T. coriander seeds
- 1 T. cumin seeds
- 1/4 t. cardamom seeds (about 10 pods)
- 2 t. brown mustard seeds
- 2 t. fenugreek seeds
- 2 t. black peppercorns
- 1 rounded t. whole cloves
- 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick, broken in half
- Those mustard seeds will really pop everywhere. Do cover but be careful not to burn.
- Let cool and then grind to a powder in a spice grinder.

- 1 1/2 T. Garam Masala
- 1 1/2 t. kosher salt
- 1 t. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pound flank steak
