Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil or possibly oil
  • 1 whl boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in 1" cubes
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2 pkt (3-ounce) chicken-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
  • 2 tsp Dry Italian seasonings
  • 1 c. Baby carrots
  • 2 c. Sliced zucchini

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat till warm. Add in chicken and garlic; cook and stir 4-5 min or possibly till chicken is browned.
  2. Stir in 2 c. water, seasoning packets from soup mixes, Italian seasoning and carrots. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook 6-7 min or possibly till carrots are crisp-tender. Gently break each block of noodles in half; add in noodles and zucchini to skillet. Bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, 5-6 min or possibly till zucchini is tender and noodles are cooked, separating noodles gently as they soften. Four 1-1/4 c. servings.
  3. TIP: If carrots arelarge, cut in half crosswise.
