Ingredientes

  • 8 x Garlic cloves peeled
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinegar Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Mash the garlic with the salt, and combine with the egg yolks, vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Blend with a whisk. Gradually add in oil, a drop at a time, whisking constantly. As mix begins to thicken and look like mayonnaise, add in oil more generously. Adjust seasonings and store in refrigerator till ready to use.
