Ingredientes

  • 1 head garlic chopped
  • 2 whl jalapeno seeded and chopped
  • 2 bn Cilantro finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Lime juice
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Toss all the ingredients together. Spoon over freshly grilled or possibly sauteed fish.
  2. Makes 1-1/4 c.. Serves 4.
  3. Sauce will keep in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
