3 Tablespoons butter, softened 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 shallot, sliced 1 pound grass-fed sirloin tips, cut in 1 inch pieces ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper ⅛ cup dry sherry

Combine first 5 ingredients & stir garlic butter well. In a skillet on high heat, melt 1 Tablespoon of the garlic butter mixture.. Reduce temp to medium-high. Add the sliced shallots and cook 3 minutes till golden. Remove from skillet. Sprinkle steak with salt & pepper. Add the rest of the butter to the pan. Turn up the heat to high and add the steak tips Cook 3 minutes without stirring so you can sear the steak. Continue cooking until cooked through. Return shallots to the skillet and stir in sherry. Shake the pan to deglaze it serve immediately. 3.2.2807
