Garlic Chicken

Made this easier by using garlic powder rather than garlic cloves. But, it you have the energy fresh garlic is the way to go. You can never get too much garlic!

Ingredientes

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 6 cups cabbage, cut up
  • 3 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 6 potatoes, cut up
  • 2 T. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cook chicken in a large pan, and drain off fat. Throw away the skin and fat.
  2. Sprinkled garlic on top.
  3. Add vegetables, cover and cook about 30 minutes, until vegetables are soft.
  4. Salt and pepper, to taste.
