Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 stk margarine
  • 2/3 c. instant grits
  • 1 x -1/2 c. water
  • 1 x roll garlic cheese, sliced
  • 2 x Large eggs, separated

Direcciones

  1. Cook grits in the lowfat milk, water and salt. Add in garlic cheese and margarine and cook gently till cheese is melted. Beat egg yolks and blend into warm grits mix. Beat egg whites stiff and mix in. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees till brown - about 25 min.
