Garlic Mash with Beef & Vegetables

Great way to use leftover mashed Potatoes in this delicious casserole.

Ingredientes

  • 3 cups cooked leftover mashed potatoes
  • 2 minced fresh garlic cloves
  • black pepper
  • 16 ounces Sirloin Ground Beef
  • one small onion
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8 ounce frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

Direcciones

  1. In a saute pan add diced onions, minced garlic on medium heat, add ground beef and cook through (remove any excess grease), add frozen vegetables lower heat and cook together several minutes
  2. In a stand mixer bowl add cooked mashed potatoes and minced garlic, whip together a few minutes
  3. transfer ground beef and vegetables into a baking dish, add mashed garlic potatoes on top of beef mixture in a single layer
  4. Place into a hot 375 F oven and bake 12 minutes
