Ingredientes

  • Four, (1/2-inch-thick) pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 lrg Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 c. Dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice, up to 2

Direcciones

  1. Pat pork dry and season with salt and pepper. In a skillet heat oil over moderately high heat till warm but not smoking and brown chops till golden brown. Add in garlic, orange juice, wine, and lemon juice and simmer, covered partially, till pork is tender, 10 to 15 min.
  2. Serves 2.
