Receta Garlic, Oyster Mushroom And Oyster Flan

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Butter 6 ramekins (2 inches across) and set aside.
- Finely chop the mushrooms and saute/fry with the butter in a medium skillet over a medium high heat for 3 min, then set aside to cold down.
- Add in the peeled garlic to a small pot of water. Place the pot over a high heat and bring to a boil. Drain immediately and repeat the process 2 more times.
- Let the garlic cold and mash with the blade of a large knife to make a paste.
- Buzz the oysters in a food processor until finely minced and add in the garlic paste, cream, lowfat milk and Large eggs. Mix till a homogenous texture is achieved. Add in salt and pepper and mix well.
- Spoon the mushrooms into the ramekins, then pour in the oyster flan mix. Cover with minced chives, and cook in a bain marie in the oven for 15 to 20 min.
