Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 3/4 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1 x garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree till smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. This recipe yields 16 servings.
  3. Comments: To turn this into classic Ranch dressing, leave out the garlic clove.
