Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 4 lrg potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk, heated
  • 2 tsp Roasted Garlic Juice (available in grocery stores)
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream Salt and pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Place the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cool water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat slightly and cook till tender, about 20 min. Drain well and transfer potatoes to a mixing bowl and mash slightly.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat lowfat milk and Roasted Garlic Juice. Slowly add in lowfat milk to potatoes with butter, lowfat sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well by hand or possibly with an electric mixer. Beat till smooth. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
  3. Yield: 4 portions of outrageously delicious Garlic Mashed potatoes.
