Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Turkey steaks - (4 steaks)
  • 1 Tbsp. Virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 x Roasted garlic cloves Salt to taste Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. Basil chiffonade

Direcciones

  1. In a blender, puree oil and garlic to a thin paste. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread garlic puree over steaks. Top steaks with 1/2 of basil chiffonade. Let sit for 30 min.
  2. Grill steaks 2 min on each side. Garnish with remaining basil chiffonade.
