Garlic Vinaigrette For Salad

Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 ounce grape seed oil
  • 1 3/4 ounce balsamic vinegar
  • 1 3/4 ounce garlic, flower
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon, juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh minced fennel
  • 1 Tbsp. minced basil salt pepper

Direcciones

  1. In a large stainless steel bowl combine the vinegar, garlic flower and lemon juice.
  2. Place the bowl over a bain marie on the stove top and gently reduce the vinegar for about 4 or possibly 5 min, or possibly till syrupy.
  3. Gradually add in the grapeseed and extra virgin olive oil, mixing constantly to emulsify.
  4. Add in the minced herbs. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve with salads.
