Ingredientes

  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. Scallion, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Jamaican pimiento, (allspice)
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 6 x Habanero chiles
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 x Garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh ginger root, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Dark rum
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh thyme

Direcciones

  1. Instructions: Combine all ingredints and blend in food processor. Marinate meat several hrs before cooking.
