Receta Gatang Yapyap (Tiny Shrimp)
This is a local appetizer which we cook in our home. The kids enjoy eating it as is.

- Clean the raw shrimp and cut most of the shrimp antennae
- Put in a hot pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add the coconut milk and bring into a boil.
- Once the shrimp turned pink, start stirring.
- Let it simmer to lessen the coconut milk
- Add the coconut cream and let it dry all up while stirring to avoid sticking to the pan.
- Turn off heat, transfer to a platter and serve.
