Ingredientes

  • 3 sm cucumbers peeled, seeded, and minced

  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 ct lowfat sour cream - (16 ounce) (light lowfat sour cream may be substituted)
  • 1 ct plain low-fat yogurt - (8 ounce)
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper Diced tomato Sliced green onions Minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Process cucumber, garlic, and 1 c. broth in a blender or possibly food processor till smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
  2. Pour into a bowl; stir in remaining 1 c. broth, lowfat sour cream, and next 4 ingredients. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs. Sprinkle with desired toppings.
