Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Chili sauce
  • 1/2 c. Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1 lrg Jalapeno pepper -- seeded, Minced fin
  • 1/4 bn Cilantro -- minced
  • 1 lrg Avocado -- 1/4-inch dice
  • 1/2 bn Green onions -- sliced thin
  • 1 x Fresh tomatoes -- 1/4-inch Dice
  • 1 1/2 c. Warm water
  • 6 ounce Crab -- cooked
  • 9 x Scallops -- poached &sliced
  • 6 med Poached shrimp (16 to 20 per Lb.) -- sliced lengthwise

Direcciones

  1. STEP ONE: Mix the garlic and onion pwdr with 1/2 c. of warm water to dissolve. Add in the rest of the ingredients, except the seafood and the remaining water. Whisk in the water slowly till the sauce is not so thick.
  2. CHEF'S NOTE: The sauce needs to be a little thin so it will mix well with the seafood.
  3. STEP TWO: For each serving, add in 2 ounces cooked crab, 3 poached scallops
  4. (sliced), and 2 shrimp (16 to 20 per lb.) sliced lengthwise to a c. with some sauce. Serve.
