Ingredientes
1 med Green Bell pepper, diced
1 med Red Bell pepper, diced
1 med Yellow Bell pepper, diced
4 stalk celery, diced
2 x Cucumbers, peeled and diced
28 can Plum tomatoes, minced with liquid
6 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
3 c. Cool water
1/4 c. Italian parsley, minced
1/2 c. Fresh basil, minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Direcciones
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Adjust seasonings. Serve chilled
NOTES : Variations: For a richer taste, add in 2 to 3 Tbsp. tomato paste and a splash of red wine vinegar.
