Ingredientes

  • 1 med Green Bell pepper, diced
  • 1 med Red Bell pepper, diced
  • 1 med Yellow Bell pepper, diced
  • 4 stalk celery, diced
  • 2 x Cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 28 can Plum tomatoes, minced with liquid
  • 6 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 c. Cool water
  • 1/4 c. Italian parsley, minced
  • 1/2 c. Fresh basil, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Adjust seasonings. Serve chilled
  2. NOTES : Variations: For a richer taste, add in 2 to 3 Tbsp. tomato paste and a splash of red wine vinegar.
