Ingredientes

  • 1 x Frzn fish loaf, (I buy whatever's on sale)
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar A few baby carrots or possibly 1 large sliced carrot
  • 1 x Onion, cut into slices Water, about 3/4 up the sides of the pan

Direcciones

  1. Take the wrapping off the fish. Place the fish into a 9" pan (or possibly whatever the loaf fits into, this is not an exact science!) into that the other ingredients have been added. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs at 350.
  2. As you can see, I like easy recipes the require as little cleanup as possible. This falls into which category. We found which this tastes as good as the fish cooked in a pot without the mess.
