Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Well beaten egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 c. Sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 x 9-inch baked pie shell Sweetened whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt. Add in lowfat milk slowly and cook over boiling water till mix begins to thicken. Add in well-beaten egg yolks and butter and cook till mix thickens. Add in lemon juice and cold.
  2. Arrange 1 c. sliced peaches in pie shell. Pour in filling and top with remaining peaches. Refrigeratethoroughly and top with sweetened whipped cream.
