Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine Salt
  • 12 sm To medium catfish
  • 1 3/4 c. Warm water, divided
  • 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter or possibly margarine in a roasting pan over medium heat. Salt the catfish and arrange them so they lie flat in the pan. Add in 3/4 c. warm water, place pan in oven, and bake at 425 till fish are done and lightly browned. Remove from oven and continue cooking on top burner of range. Add in 1 c. water and bring to the boiling point. Make a paste of flour and lowfat milk; add in to water in fish pan to make gravy. Add in salt and pepper.
  2. Yield: 6servings.
