German Applesauce Meatloaf

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/2 lb Grnd pork
  • 1/2 c. Finely diced onion
  • 1 c. Applesauce
  • 1 c. Bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well. Place the meatloaf mix in the prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Let cold 10-15 min.
  2. Turn the loaf out of the pan. Slice and serve.
