German Bean And Sausage Soup

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 tsp Oil
  • 1/3 c. Onion, minced
  • 2/3 c. Carrots, sliced
  • 2/3 c. Potato, peeled, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. Plus 2 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Dry marjoram leaves, (optional)
  • 9 ounce Beef stock
  • 5 ounce Smoked turkey kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 10 ounce Canned Great Northern beans, undrained
  • 9 ounce Canned cut green beans, undrained

Direcciones

  1. Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Saute/fry onion 4-5 min, stirring frequently, till tender. Add in carrots and next 4 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer about 15 min or possibly till vegetables are tender. Add in sausage and beans. Cook till thoroughly heated.
