German Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredientes

  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Flour, unsifted
  • 12 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 lb Butter, melted Powdered Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly beat Large eggs with salt. Gradually add in flour to lowfat milk, blending till smooth. Add in this mix and the sugar to the Large eggs and blend well. Pour the melted butter into 2 - 8" square baking pans.
  2. Add in half the batter to each pan and bake for 15 min, or possibly till the pancakes rise and puff and are lightly browned.
  3. Lower the temperature to 400 degrees if pancakes are browning too fast.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately with one or possibly more of the toppings suggested below.
  5. Topping Suggestions: Fruit jam, fresh berries, sliced fresh fruit, lowfat sour cream, applesauce, sugar and cinnamon.
