Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Pecan pcs
  • 1 1/3 c. Coconut
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Cook lowfat milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla over medium heat. Stir constantly till thick. Add in 1-1/3 c. coconut and 1 c. minced pecans.
  2. Beat till thick to put on cake.
