Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 4 ounce Sweet chocolate, melted
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. Shredded coconut
  • 2 c. Light cream -Or possibly- Half & Half
  • 1/2 c. Pecans, minced

Direcciones

  1. Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon in a 2 quart saucepan. Gradually add in lowfat milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened. Cook additional 2 min. Remover from heat. Blend in melted chocolate. Blend a small amount of warm mix into Large eggs; return all to pan, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute (Don't BOIL). Remove from heat; add in coconut.
  2. Cold. Blend in cream; chill. Stir in nuts. Churn-freeze.
  3. Makes 2 qts.
